Terms of Sales

These conditions apply to all orders placed by the user, called the "buyer" and Metfab Equipment Inc., owner of the site Rebelpressbrake.com, hereinafter referred to as "seller". These conditions will be referred to hereinafter as the "contract".

Any additional condition or difference in the buyer's order or in any other purchase documentation is considered a modification of this contract, and the seller hereby gives notice of his objection to it. The term "product" refers to all items sold and / or supplied by the seller to the buyer, whether goods, materials, products to be manufactured, services to be rendered, or any combination thereof.

The buyer undertakes to respect and accept these conditions.


Products are usually produced on demand. The physical and technical characteristics of the products are subject to change without notice. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only.
The final validation of the order comes after the validation of the payment. In case of out of stock or significant changes in product characteristics, the SELLER agrees to inform the user either at the time of order or as soon as possible by email, phone or mail. After placing an order, an email will be sent to confirm the registration of it with a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address.


All prices listed on the site are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes, shipping, customs duties or any other fees or taxes related to the sale, delivery or storage. They can be changed at any time, but this change will not apply to orders placed. All prices are FOB, from the seller's plant, located in Lévis, QC, Canada.
The user agrees to pay, if applicable, customs duties, border inspection or any other incidental costs required (tailgate lift, redelivery ...).


Delivery is made by a third party carrier. Delivery times vary according to the place of delivery, the carrier, the availability of the buyer and the seller, and delays in customs clearance, control or force majeure.
The seller will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure to deliver, products due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the seller including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, enemy actions, hostilities , strikes, labor difficulties, embargoes, non-delivery or late delivery of materials, parts and equipment or transport delays not caused by the fault of the seller, delays caused by civil authorities, regulations or governmental orders, fire, lightning, natural disasters or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.
The buyer is responsible for unloading the product and the potential costs of unloading.

The buyer is responsible for installing the product and waives all claims, claims, lawsuits and expenses arising directly or indirectly from the buyer's failure to properly install the product.
Payment of purchases is made by bank transfer or credit card, through Paypal. The following information will be requested in the case of card payment: the card number, its expiry date and the name of the cardholder. For even greater security, the card's control number, the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card, next to the signature, will be required.

Conditions d’annulation

In case of cancellation of the order, the user agrees to notify the EDITOR as soon as possible by email or mail. The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation fees for an order not shipped:
• 0-15 days after receiving the purchase order: 35% of the purchase order
• 16- 30 days after receipt of the purchase order: 70% of the purchase order
• 31- 45 days after receipt of the purchase order: 100% of the purchase order

Cancellation fees for an order shipped

• No cancellation is possible once the order has been shipped

The seller warrants to the buyer that the products sold by the seller will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, provided that the products are installed, used and maintained in accordance with any instruction manual or technical instructions provided by the seller or provided with the products. The buyer must give a written notice to the seller of any suspected defects in the products as soon as they appear and this before the expiration of the warranty period and before undertaking any repairs. The buyer will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with returning the products to the seller for warranty service.

This warranty does not apply to: (a) sets of dies, tools and saw blades; (b) periodic or routine maintenance and installation, (c) repair or replacement of products due to normal wear, (d) defects or damage to products resulting from misuse, abuse , negligence or accidents, (f) defects or damage to products resulting from improper or unauthorized modifications or changes; and (f) any merchandise that has not been installed and / or maintained in accordance with the instruction manual or technical instructions provided by the vendor.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances can the seller be held responsible for breakdowns, accidental, material, bodily or consequential damages resulting from a defect in the product (including loss of profits or downtime) or a lack of use or product maintenance. The buyer's recourse against any claim arising from this contract is strictly limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the product.

Applicable Law

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Any dispute or litigation related to the sale is governed by the law in force in the province of Quebec and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the province of Quebec. If any provision of the Terms of Use is invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this will not render invalid all other provisions, the invalid provision to be severed from other provisions of these terms and conditions which will remain in effect.
